Nick assists clients on a wide range of issues related to electric, water, wastewater, and natural gas utilities. His experience includes cost of service and cost allocation studies, rate design for retail, wholesale, industrial and contract customers, net metering, litigation support, and original cost estimates. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas and has acted as an expert witness on behalf of clients before regulatory bodies in Texas (Electric, Natural Gas), Vermont (Electric), and Rhode Island (Wastewater).
