GDS Associates Announces Acquisition of EES COnsulting
Marietta, GA, (February 1, 2020) – GDS Associates, Inc. (GDS), an engineering and consulting firm in the electric utility industry, has announced their acquisition of EES Consulting, Inc. (EES), an engineering and consulting firm based in Kirkland, Washington who has been providing services to electric utilities on the West Coast for the past 30 years. Both companies provide engineering and consulting services predominately to public power electric utilities and this acquisition creates a combined nationwide presence.
