Miki brings 30 years of experience advising utility companies, industry suppliers, and associations across North America and Europe on strategic growth, operating model transformation, and technology modernization. Most recently, he led TRC Companies’ advisory expansion across Europe. Miki Deric began his career at Davies Consulting, where he advanced to managing partner, doubled the firm’s size, and led its successful acquisition by Accenture. At Accenture, he led a 300-person business unit responsible for the firm’s North American utilities strategy.
