His career has spanned finance, operations, strategic planning, and corporate development across the professional services, engineering, and infrastructure industries, including leadership roles with Arcadis, Anser Advisory, and Accenture.
As a CFO, Gary has focused on building strong finance teams, strengthening financial reporting and planning, improving operational visibility and accountability, and partnering with leaders across the organization to drive sustainable growth and profitability. He also brings experience in M&A and integration, having supported the acquisition and integration of multiple businesses as part of broader growth strategies.
