Daniel brings almost two decades of experience in M&A, primarily in the consulting and engineering industry. In his previous role, he executed more than 20 acquisitions involving organizations ranging from 20 to 500 employees and every aspect of the electric utility consulting and engineering industry. Earlier in his career, he held positions in transaction advisory, private equity and investment banking.
As Chief Development Officer, Powers will partner with executive leadership to drive GDS’s strategic growth agenda, forge high-impact partnerships, and position the organization to capitalize on the significant opportunities ahead.
