Matt began his career with GDS in 2009 and has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry. He has worked deeply on a broad range of industry issues including energy markets, supply feasibility and procurement, integrated resource planning, risk management, and emerging technology review. In addition to providing strategic review of evolving market matters and technical analytical and modeling support across GDS, Matt supports clients by providing expert testimony in regulatory proceedings on various matters.
