Kristin specializes in the design, implementation, and delivery of commercial energy efficiency programs, with more than 20 years of engineering and energy consulting experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Her work focuses on translating policy and program objectives into practical, cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable energy savings and lasting market impact.
Kristin has extensive experience supporting energy efficiency programs through market research and analysis, program implementation, and program evaluation. She has provided consulting services to a wide range of utility and public-sector clients, including the Maryland Energy Administration, MidAmerican Energy Company, Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources – Division of Energy, and the Efficiency Maine Trust. Her project work includes evaluation of technical reference manual (TRM) tools, verification of residential, multifamily, and commercial savings algorithms, and technical review of energy efficiency retrofit projects.
Kristin currently serves as Senior Program Delivery Manager for the Efficiency Maine Commercial & Industrial Prescriptive Initiatives, where she supports program implementation, stakeholder coordination, technical review, and continuous improvement of program processes and outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Kristin worked as an Energy Consultant and Senior Technologist in research and development roles within the pulp and paper industry, providing a strong technical foundation and practical understanding of industrial energy systems.
She holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP), Building Operator Certification Level I (BOC), and Engineer Intern (EI).
