Hi-Line Engineering provides safe, reliable, and efficient design and construction services for distribution and transmission facilities. We have experience in the design of electric power lines in all types of terrain and in all three NESC loading districts. We provide turn key solutions for electric utilities such that we provide all services needed to facilitate the construction of a new or modified line. This includes easements, permits, staking, bidding the work to construction, awarding the bid, inspection of the line, and close-out of the construction documents.
