Chris brings comprehensive expertise across the full project lifecycle, including permitting, design, construction, commissioning and startup, operations and maintenance, and asset optimization and recovery. He offers extensive multi-state experience across the United States, including California, Maine, Florida, and Texas, as well as international leadership experience in Spain. Chris is recognized for driving operational efficiencies, delivering complex projects under budget and ahead of schedule, negotiating major contracts, and building high-performing teams that strengthen safety, reliability, and profitability.
